We uses single screw extruder for producing short cut pasta macaroni food. The single screw extruder has vacuum system, feeding system, cooling system, extruding system, heating system, cutting system and lubrication system.The vacuum system on the single screw extruder is a highlight to produce high quality short cut pasta food. With the vacuum system, it will squeeze out the air in the process. So the extruder will produce high quality pasta macaroi food without air bubble.

We often encounter the problem that companies do not know whether to choose dry puffing or wet puffing equipment at the beginning. Objectively speaking, wet puffing equipment is more suitable for modern industrial production, with high output, low energy 

The principal system is the "screw extruder" for extruding processing, unmarried screw kind and dual screw kind, and additionally devided into dry kind extruder and moist kind extruder or additionally referred to as steam kind extruder.When we feed fabric into the extruder, the screw and the shaft pushes the fabric to shape an axial flow.

We dispatched our engineer to customer's factory for installing and guiding the operation of textured soy protein machine line.  The machine line is Model 85 textured soy protein machine line.

Recently, we have finished production for 100-150kg/h single screw extruder. This extruder can produce spaghetti and short cut pasta macaroni food. We equip two sets of mould for free with the extruder. One for spaghetti and another for spiral.The machine can also produce shell, fusilli, vermicelli and other short cut pasta. With cutting machine, the machine can also produce penne shape and noodles.The machine is wrapped with plastic films outside and then packed with wooden case.It will be delivered by air.

We loaded a set of pasta macaroni machine line this week. This machine line will be equipped to Qingdao port and delivered to Karachi port in Pakistan.The machine line includes mixer, twin screw extruder, two sets dryers, cooling conveyors, cooling tower, elevators, and spare parts. We equip some spare parts such as two sets of moulds, temperature sensor, heating tube, cutting blade and so on for free.

Recently, our customer from middle east country came to our factory for visiting and checking his machine. He has ordered a set of livestock feed making machine line with 1000-1500kg/h capacity. The whole machine line include blender, preconditioner, twin screw extruder with PLC controller, steam heating dryer, flavoring roller, oil sprayer, cooling machine, cooling conveyor, packing machine and conveyors to connect each machine.The machine line was in production and will be finished production soon.

Last week, our customer from Mali came to our factory for visiting.
